Quite often, when I want to take a pause and treat myself with something small and delicious, I go with this quick dessert and savor every bit of this chocolate pleasure.

Just made. Yum. Will do as a ‘ gift in a cup’. I used 1tsp milk powder then 3 tbsp water with oil and vanilla, added choc chips. Maybe some extra to go on top to melt once cooked. Thankyou

Hi! I just wanted to ask if I were to bake this in the electric oven, how long will it take? I’m afraid to use microwaves hehe!

Hi Frankie,

I never tried baking the mug cake in the oven – I assume it will take 10-20 minutes at 350F (preheated oven). The exact time will depend on your oven and the temperature you are baking at.

Hope it helps.
Happy baking!
